Welcome
to NATURAL ISLAND INSTITUTE
An exclusive health and wellness Island Institute, nestled in the beautiful tropical paradise of Philippine’s remote & pristine Palawan Nature Island Archipelago.
Buildings throughout Southeast Asia showcase a range of architectural styles that embody the long history of each country, beginning from indigenous styles like Khmer and Buddhist, continuing through colonialism, and then on to postcolonialism and modernism. Through it all, an emphasis on sustainability and the use of natural materials has remained at the core. All the resorts on this year’s list combine various architectural and design elements from their location’s history to create a thoroughly modern example of luxury. Utilizing local materials like teak and other woods, bamboo, rattan, and silk, their thoughtful designs echo the past while feeling exceptionally of the moment.

Marketing resorts
Resorts face unique challenges.
They are usually more expensive, geographically harder to reach and incur longer stays than standard full-service hotels. Many are built in “clusters” in a destination, too, which can make it tough to differentiate one’s product from the resort next door.
These challenges require smart, skillful marketing.
Much of it comes down to the nuances of the product and destination, and how the value of these aspects is communicated to potential guests.

HISTORY:-In earlier times El Nido used to be a small fishing village town of approx. 6,000 people. Due to unforgettable islands and great adventure trips, including many dive sites, this town (over the past 5 years in particular) has grown rapidly into a very busy backpacker and middle class tourist town destination.
Now El Nido is a great base to explore all these unforgettable adventures and the infrastructure is slowly improving also. Palawan is said to be the last frontier of the Philippines and has many of the countries scenic natural wonders.
This is a great time for foreign investors to buy and own commercial property in the Philippines and all titled commercial property is steadily growing in price rapidly. For an easy transfer if a foreigner is to buy, the seller is willing to set up a corporation for this purchase and to help the buyer transfer the property, so paper-works can be very easy if the buyer wants.
